Day 1: Delhi to Agra, and Transfer to Jaipur Commence your journey with a convenient pick-up from the airport, railway station, hotel, or another designated location in Delhi. Embark on a scenic 3-hour drive via the expressway to Agra, the city renowned for the iconic Taj Mahal. Upon reaching Agra, meet your tour guide and proceed to explore the breathtaking Taj Mahal, an ivory white marble mausoleum situated on the south bank of the Yamuna River. Commissioned in 1632 by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, it serves as the final resting place for his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Following the visit to the Taj Mahal, discover the historical Agra Fort, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Agra Fort served as the primary residence for Mughal emperors until 1638 when the capital moved to Delhi. After the exploration of Agra Fort, embark on a journey to Jaipur.
