Begin your activity at 4:30pm when you will be picked up from your booked hotel. Your chauffeur will drive you in an air-conditioned car to your in Udaipur, where you will be greeted by the local Indian family. Enjoy the traditional welcome with refreshing drinks. Then, make your way to the kitchen to start the cooking session. Watch the demo including an introduction to the indigenous spices that are to be used in your cooking. The food will have one or two items from each category - starters, main course and a sweet dish. After this introduction, start cooking with assistance from your friendly Indian hosts. Later, enjoy the dinner, feasting on Rajasthani cuisine and chatting with local family. Get to know about the unspoken secrets and facts of their culture, tradition, and all that strikes your mind.
