This tour will be started from meeting point and the 1 Jaswant thada :-The Jaswant Thada is a cenotaph located near to the Meharangarh Fort. It was built by Maharaja Sardar Singh of Jodhpur State in 1899 in memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, and it serves as the cremation ground for the royal Rajput family of Marwar. The cenotaph is built out of intricately carved sheets of Makrana marble. The cenotaph's grounds feature carved gazebos, garden, and a small lake. 2. Mehrangarh fort :-Jodhpur is a city in the Thar Desert of the northwest Indian state of Rajasthan. Its 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort is a former palace that’s now a museum, displaying weapons, paintings and elaborate royal palanquins (sedan chairs). Set on on a rocky outcrop, the fort overlooks the walled city, where many buildings are painted the city’s iconic shade of blue. Mighty Mehrangarh, the muscular fort that towers over the Blue City of Jodhpur. 3 Umaid bhawan palace :-Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum in Jodhpur is a grand palace turned into a museum. And it offers visitors a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle and royal grandeur. An interesting thing about the palace is that the current royal family of Jodhpur still lives here.Maharaja Umaid Singh made this palace to employ thousands of villagers distressed due to droughts. 4 Clock tower :-You cannot leave Jodhpur without visiting the Clock Tower. Also referred to as Ghanta Ghar, the Clock Tower is a historical landmark that invites people to experience the rich culture and everyday lifestyle of people living in Jodhpur. Here you can observe a panoramic view of the entire city from a height of approximately 98 feet along with bustling around the local vendors that sell a wide variety of products for the interest of tourists.
