Day 1 : Udaipur – Nathdwara – Eklingji – Haldighati – Udaipur. Begin your journey with a pickup from your preferred location in Udaipur and drive towards Nathdwara, a sacred town known for the revered Shrinathji Temple. This 17th-century temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna in his infant form and is an important pilgrimage site for Vaishnavites. The temple’s beautiful architecture, intricate carvings, and the lively devotional atmosphere provide a spiritual experience. Stroll through the bustling temple lanes filled with shops selling prasad, paintings, and handicrafts. Next, proceed to Eklingji Temple, a magnificent temple complex dedicated to Lord Shiva. Built in the 8th century by Bappa Rawal, the founder of the Mewar dynasty, the temple has been reconstructed multiple times due to invasions. Admire the elaborate carvings, towering shikharas, and over 108 shrines within the complex.
