They stock a fabulous collection of old and new textiles, clothing, home furnishing materials, tribal jewelry, and an assortment of other goodies (woven, embroidered, bejeweled, etc.) sure to delight anyone interested in the needle arts of embroidery in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Punjab, Sindh and also from other parts of India. For these reasons, many film folks and other VIPs, come to call and shop here when they are in town.
When the movie “Octopussy” was being filmed in Udaipur, the cast & crew became loyal customers, and the shop became a source of costumes for the film.
