First, visit Jaisalmer Fort, the only living fort in India, built in 1156 AD. Wander through narrow lanes lined with homes, shops, and temples. See key spots inside the fort, including the Raj Mahal (Royal Palace), Jain Temples (12th–15th century), and fort viewpoints for panoramic photos. Next, walk to the nearby Patwon Ki Haveli, a group of five richly decorated mansions. Continue to Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli, showcasing intricate Rajasthani architecture and stonework. Enjoy a peaceful walk or boat ride at Gadisar Lake.
