Pickup: Hotel or preferred location in Agra between 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM. Private vehicle will transport you to the cooking class venue. Introduction & Welcome (9:30 AM – 10:00 AM): Meet your expert local chef. Overview of the day’s menu and cooking techniques. Brief tour of the kitchen and ingredients. Hands-On Cooking Session (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM): Learn to prepare traditional Indian dishes such as: Starters and snacks (e.g., samosas, pakoras) Main course dishes (vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian curries) Indian bread (like roti or paratha) Authentic Indian desserts (optional, depending on the session) Chef-guided step-by-step instructions. Tips on spices, flavors, and presentation. Lunch & Tasting (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM): Enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared. Experience authentic flavors and learn proper serving techniques. Q&A & Recipe Sharing (1:30 PM – 2:00 PM): Chef shares secret tips for cooking at home. Receive printed recipes to recreate the dishes. Drop-off: Return to your hotel or preferred location in Agra by 2:30 PM.
