Day 1 | Arrival in Delhi – Exploring the Capital of India Arrive in Delhi and meet your representative. Begin your exploration with the Qutub Minar and, optionally, the remains of the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, India’s oldest mosque built from the remnants of a Hindu temple. Check in at your hotel. Enjoy a panoramic orientation tour of New Delhi: Connaught Place, India Gate, the Parliament buildings, and the Presidential Palace, last occupied by Lord Mountbatten. Before sunset, visit the sacred Gurudwara Bangla Sahib Sikh Temple. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 2 | Delhi – Agra (205 km / 3.5 hrs) Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Discover Old Delhi with the Red Fort and the bustling bazaar of Chandni Chowk. Visit Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque (option: Raj Ghat). Enjoy a rickshaw ride through the old city. Drive to Agra. On arrival visit the Agra Fort, a masterpiece of Indo-Islamic architecture offering views of the Taj Mahal. At sunset, enjoy the Taj view from Mehtab Bagh. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. (Option: evening bazaar tour). Day 3 | Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Chand Baori – Jaipur At sunrise, marvel at the Taj Mahal, the timeless symbol of love. Return for breakfast and check out. En route to Jaipur visit Fatehpur Sikri (UNESCO), then the famous stepwell Chand Baori at Abhaneri. Continue to Jaipur, “The Pink City.” Dinner and overnight at your hotel. Day 4 | Jaipur – Capital of Rajasthan Breakfast, then explore Amber Fort, the former royal seat of Jaipur (elephant ride up and jeep return subject to availability). Stop for a photo at Jal Mahal. Afternoon city tour: City Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory, and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Watch the sunset from Nahargarh Fort. Dinner and overnight. Day 5 | Jaipur – Chittorgarh – Udaipur After breakfast drive to Udaipur. En route visit the immense Chittorgarh Fort, a 7th-century UNESCO site spread over 700 acres on the Beirach River. Continue to Udaipur. In the evening, if time permits, enjoy a traditional dance and puppet show at Bagore Ki Haveli. Dinner and overnight. Day 6 | Udaipur – Venice of the East Breakfast and full-day sightseeing of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace, stroll through local markets, and enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Pichola to visit Jag Niwas (Lake Palace). Explore the Jagdish Temple and ride the cable car for panoramic city views. Evening free to enjoy local dance shows or explore the old city. Dinner and overnight. Day 7 | Udaipur – Delhi Breakfast, check out, and transfer to Udaipur airport for your flight to Delhi. On arrival enjoy lunch. Optional visits: rickshaw ride at Chandni Chowk, Lodhi Gardens, Akshardham Temple, and the Lotus Temple at dusk when it glows beautifully. Transfer to the airport for onward flight.
