Your journey begins around 1:30 PM, riding through landscapes that shift from scrublands and farmlands to rocky formations and golden dunes. Along the way, you’ll spot desert wildlife, unique plants, and small villages where locals still live the timeless desert lifestyle. This is the kind of experience you won’t find on the usual safari routes.
As the sun sets, your camel will lead you to peaceful dunes where a cozy camp awaits—simple, warm, and perfectly placed for stargazing. ✨
Enjoy a traditional dinner cooked over a fire, relax on the soft sand, and watch the night sky explode with stars. The highlight of the tour is your overnight sleep on open dunes, tucked into warm blankets and surrounded by silence. It’s pure magic.
Wake up to sunrise over the desert, enjoy a fresh breakfast, and ride back as the desert slowly comes to life. The safari ends around 11:00 AM the next day, leaving you with memories you’ll carry forever.
Day 1
• The camel safari departs at around 1:30 PM from Jaisalmer by jeep
• On the way to the dunes, you will visit Khaba and a natural oasis.
• You’ll receive a warm welcome by friendly guides and healthy camels.
• You will be allotted one camel per person for a 90-minute ride within the desert.
• Stop at the dunes, marvel at the beautiful sunset, and savour the taste of delicious snacks.
• Later, sit around the bonfire and have a delicious traditional dinner.
• Sleep under the stars in warm and cozy bedding.
Day 2
• Next morning, wake up early to a beautiful sunrise.
• Eat a healthy freshly cooked breakfast after sunrise.
• Enjoy the camel ride of about one and a half hours.
• Take the jeep back to Jaisalmer and arrive by 11 AM the next day.
