You'll drive to Jaipur, which is approximately a 5-hour journey. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you'll visit Amber Fort, which is a Unesco World Heritage Site and one of the most impressive forts in Rajasthan. It is a beautiful complex made of red sandstone and marble, and it houses several palaces, gardens, and courtyards. Next, you'll visit Jal Mahal, which is a palace located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. It is a beautiful example of Rajput and Mughal architecture and is a popular spot for photography. After visiting Jal Mahal, you'll have lunch at a local restaurant and then visit Hawa Mahal, which is a stunning palace made of pink sandstone. It has a unique honeycomb structure and was built to allow royal ladies to watch street processions without being seen. Next, you'll visit City Palace, which is another Unesco World Heritage Site and a beautiful complex that includes several palaces, courtyards, and gardens. You'll have the chance to learn more about the history and culture of Jaipur and Rajasthan. After visiting City Palace, you'll visit Jantar Mantar, which is an astronomical observatory built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century. It is a fascinating example of Indian science and technology and is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Finally, you'll have some time to explore the local markets in Jaipur, which are famous for their textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts. You can shop for souvenirs or just enjoy the colorful and bustling atmosphere. You'll depart from Jaipur at around 6:30 PM and drive back to Delhi.
